What is the Fundamentals of Business Travel Management/CTE course?

This one-day course from NBTA focuses on the basics of business travel management: maximizing
cost containment, improving efficiency and creating a corporate managed travel culture. These course offerings have been tailored to specifically appeal to travel professionals in Asia Pacific.

NBTA is pleased to partner with Amadeus IT Group to present the Fundamentals course at two exclusive events for buyers in the region:

14 July in Singapore
16 July in Hong Kong

The course will be one full day of instruction and exam from 0830 – 1730 hours.

Course Includes:

• A complete workbook from which students will reference elements of the course and later use as a valuable resource tool
• Interaction with expert course facilitators on the subjects of travel safety and security, travel spending trends and benchmark metrics, and other aspects of business travel management
• An overview of business travel technology

What is the CTE designation?

Attendees who successfully complete the Fundamentals of Business Travel Management course will be eligible to earn the Corporate Travel Expert SM (CTE) designation by passing the CTE exam. The CTE designation shows that you have mastered the fundamental concepts of corporate travel management.
