What is NetSmart?
Due to limited financial resources, time, and family commitments, we know how difficult it is to attend meetings, conferences and workshops. It’s easy to miss the learning opportunities that help you to stay abreast of the latest technologies, newly-passed regulations and updated processes. NBTA has a solution to meet your needs. We are able to provide online training via NetSmart™ and On-Demand NetSmart™ - bringing you lectures covering a wide range of topics that are specific, educational, interactive and cost effective.
NetSmart™ is a web-based distance learning and educational program that allows NBTA Members and Chapter Members to participate in a live interactive forum on business travel industry issues and simultaneously view presentations. Each Netsmart™ program runs 50-60 minutes in length. A host moderator fields questions or comments from the participants and directs them to the presenter, allowing for group interaction and feedback.

Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to participate in a NetSmart?
A computer with internet access. A high speed connection is recommended. Make sure you have the volume turned on on your computer. We have streaming audio that will come through your computer.
How and when will I receive login intructions?
You will receive login instructions via email upon registering. You will receive reminder emails with login instructions at 10 days, 5 days, and 1 day prior to the NetSmart.

What is the NBTA NetSmart cancellation policy?
